With all the talk of PBS and Big Bird, perhaps Obama should have dispatched "Sesame Street Team Six" to Libya to investigate.
The mantra coming out of the Obama Administration and the Main Stream Media is that the State Department's security budgets were cut by the Republicans in Congress, thereby causing the Libya Massacre.
This is by no means an endorsement of the Republican cuts; However it needs to be noted that State has a $10 Billion plus budget on this, and Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have their own 16,000+ Mercenary Army, separate from DOD or any other Government entity.
Eight private security firms have won State’s giant Worldwide Protective Services contract, to keep embassies and their inhabitants safe. Two of those firms are longtime State contract holders DynCorp and Triple Canopy. The others are newcomers to the big security contract: EOD Technology, SOC, Aegis Defense Services, Global Strategies Group, Torres International Services and International Development Solutions LLC. Don’t see any of Blackwater’s myriad business names on there? That’s apparently by design. Blackwater and the State Department tried their best to obscure their renewed relationship.
So, not a peep from the Main Stream Media about these FACTS, but when DOD and other Government agencies employed the Evil Blackwater, we saw show after show, article after article about it. Not the case for Obama.
Now my question is, in light of this massive force, State could not find a few dozen more men to help secure our Embassy in with nascent Libyan Government inside a very restive Libya? And then deny, for several weeks, what actually happened while releasing pathetic statements from our Embassy in Egypt?
