Just one real meeting with in-theater NCO’s would probably be more productive. Get rid of all the civilians, contractors, any officer above Captain, everyone who is in “Higher HQ” and have a real meeting with the guys who are actually doing the job.
Of course, that isn’t the way it’s done, is it?
